How to prepare your custom data pull information

When it comes to creating a completed Excel file containing all of your sale catalog data it can be an overwhelming tasks. Generation 6 Marketing offers custom data pull services, however we’ll need you to provide some of the information. Below is a guide to how to prepare your information.

  • Use one or both of these Excel file templates to submit your information

  • Add columns as needed. Keep in mind, unless we’re using your log-in information we typically don’t have access to some information such as actual birth weights or actual scan data.

  • If your sale offering includes different breeds please either note that in an additional column or duplicate the spreadsheet columns on an additional tab, specific for each breed.

  • If breeding information is included within your sale catalog please format them consistently. This will help give your catalog a professional appearance and make it easy to understand for your customers.

  • For cattle with pending registrations, please include both the sire and dam’s registration numbers.

  • Once your Excel file is prepared please email it to, office@generation6.co
